Before you start the quizzes, please watch all the content on the USB, however, please see these guiding questions(below), and take note of them or copy/paste them, and write down the answers to them during watching the content of the USB. When it comes to doing the Guided Questions section of the quiz, you will be asked these questions and must write your responses to them.

There are two quizzes in the assessment. The first quiz is called Guided Questions. This quiz contains open-ended questions and is just for your knowledge. The results of this quiz will not contribute to your score.
The second quiz counts towards your assessment and once you finish this quiz you can check your scores and view/download your CPD certificate by clicking the “Print your certificate” button.
