Your online seminar is now enabled for access (your order email may specify that your order is being processed) , and was automatically enabled at the time of your registration and payment. You may receive a second automatic email from us confirming order completion after your payment has cleared.

If you registered for your online seminar and selected Bank Transfer as your method of payment:

Your online seminar will be enabled for access as soon as your payment clears in Qiology’s Bank account. When funds clear we will mark your order as complete, and you will receive an email from our system notifying you of this, and your online seminar will be accessible from then on (A reminder of our Bank Transfer Details are at the bottom of this message).

If you registered for complimentary access to an online seminar:

Your online seminar is now enabled for access!

For online seminar access, please navigate to the Qiology website to this link – https://www.qiology.com.au/my-courses

Please ensure you have signed in with your email address, and password. For repeat users, you will be familiar with your sign-in details. For first time users- Qiology’s server sent you an email with your first registration (that email with your password and sign-in details may be in your inbox or junk/spam folder). If you are not currently signed in, please do so. The system will specify if you are signed in , and if not it will request your sign-in. Your online seminar access will be ready if you follow the prompts after signing in. Please note that you may request a new password from the system at anytime in the My Account section of the Qiology website. For any FAQ/Troubleshooting and help in accessing your online seminars, all your questions on how to do that are here, with an instructional video too, to make it easy (it describes clearly, similar to what was described above):
